Do I have to buy the fleet product to get the app?
No. The Routez Driver App is a standalone product you download from the App Store or Google Play. Bridge heights, fatigue timer, community notes, weigh-bridge status, parking timer, hazmat routing and auto logbook all work with zero fleet setup. Add Fleet Command only when you're dispatching other drivers.
What does the app cost?
Free for 90 days. After the trial it's $9.99/month or $59.99/year (save $60). Cancel anytime from inside the app.
How do I get Fleet Command?
Fleet Command is inquiry-only. Pricing is per truck and every rollout includes onboarding and driver training. Book a 15-minute demo and we'll scope it against your operation.
How long does setup take?
Driver app: 2 minutes from App Store to first route. Fleet: most operators are up and running in a very short time. Bulk-upload drivers, trucks and jobs via CSV and CO-Pilot starts scoring matches immediately.
What does CO-Pilot actually look at when matching?
For every driver-truck-job combo it scores: hours available, licence class, truck capacity vs load, fuel level, distance to pickup, and km until next service. You see the ranked list plus a plain-English "Why this match" reason before you confirm.
Do I need any hardware?
No. Routez is a phone app. Drivers use it in the truck or mirror it to the dash via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Fleet operators get a connected web portal (Fleet Command) that streams live from every driver's app. No black boxes, no installs.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is hosted on AWS with regional data residency. We can pin your tenant to the region closest to your ops (EU, US, APAC, UK). Enterprise plans get a dedicated region.
Can Routez handle fleets over 100 trucks?
Yes. Our largest customer runs 850 trucks and 1,200 drivers on a single Routez tenant. Load-tested to 10,000+ trucks.
